James B. Blumenstiel

Attorney James B. Blumenstiel obtained his Juris Doctorate degree from Ohio State College of Law in 1967.  After two tours in Vietnam as a naval officer, he began his practice in Columbus in 1970 with the firm, which over the years evolved into Blumenstiel, Evans & Falvo, LLC.

Attorney Blumenstiel's practice focuses on plaintiff's personal injury, mediation and arbitration, product liability, Federal Employers' Liability Act, business litigation, probate litigation, and real estate litigation.

Attorney Blumenstiel has tried cases in Federal and State Courts throughout the eastern half of the United States and, as a result, does an extensive amount of mediating and arbitrating of cases throughout Central Ohio.

In addition to local, state and national Bar Associations, Attorney Blumenstiel has been elected to the American College of Trial Lawyers, is listed in Super Lawyers, Top Lawyers in Ohio, Top 100 Trial Lawyers by the ATLA, Business First: Greater Columbus Business Authority Top Lawyers 2011 and listed in the United Who's Who registry of executives and professionals.
