Attorneys

As an attorney, Braden Blumenstiel approaches each case with thorough preparation and hard work.  He often is the last one to leave the office, working to ensure he is fully prepared for all aspects of his cases.  Mr. Blumenstiel is a determined lawyer is who is passionate about protecting the rights and interests of his clients. He strives to provide excellent service, both in the courtroom and out.  

Hard work and preparation are the keys to success on a case. If something comes up on one of my cases, I want to be prepared to handle it on the spot.  I strive to be available to my clients and responsive to their needs.  I enjoy close professional relationships with my clients, who come to know I care about them and their case.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Braden earned a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Dayton.  As part of his curriculum, he counseled adults and at risk youth suffering from emotional and psychological difficulties.  This experience gave Mr. Blumenstiel a unique perspective of the challenges people face today, and it fostered his desire to help those in need.  Braden earned a Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution while in law school. This background provides him with experience and knowledge to help conflicting parties eliminate obstacles and find solutions to the challenges his clients face.  

When he is not practicing the law, you will find Mr. Blumenstiel working out at a local fitness club, sharing dinner and a Columbus Crew or Blue Jackets game with his wife, or participating in a Co-Ed Soccer game.  He is an avid reader, and enjoys travel to warm locales.

Braden is licensed to practice in the Northern and Southern Districts and all State Courts in Ohio.  He has handled cases in numerous counties throughout Ohio, as well as the States of Minnesota, South Carolina and Tennessee.
